The manuscript, in legible writing, records all the names of the crew on board the ship, their age, place of birth, place of residence, marital status, payments, arrival and departure dates and other notes relating to human resources management. A total of 132 crew members are registered, with registration of the owners, captain, pilots, surgeons, priest, apothecary, foreman, clerk and other functions. At the end of the manuscript, the deaths on board are recorded, indicating the date of death, will, list of assets, trustee and, in some cases, results of the auctions of the assets of those who did not have a will or heirs.
