Very rare edition of the Constitutions of the Archbishopric of Évora. Appointed Archbishop of that Diocese after the resignation of Cardinal D. Henrique in 1564, having called a synod the following year, which resulted in the revision of the Constitutions of that Alentejo Diocese, having them immediately printed by André de Burgos.
