FIRST EDITION, very rare, of one of the most important works on the battle of Alcácer Quibir, constituting an eyewitness account of that extremely important event in the History of Portugal. Jerónimo de Mendonça, born in Porto, was part of the expedition that resulted in the death of D. Sebastião, and was imprisoned there. Very rare and important.
